**ALWAYS USE THE WAND IN A QUIET ROOM. IT WILL NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR VOICE IF THERE IS LOUD NOISE IN THE BACKGROUND. **THE APP IS MEANT FOR THE IPHONE. LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY IS OFFERED FOR IPAD AND IPOD TOUCH. Lumos is the first ever voice-activated wand and crystal ball app! When you find yourself surrounded by demons or cornered by an unknown creature in the hollows of a dark cave, simply press the handle of the wand and say Lumos! Your wand will illuminate, allowing you to identify an escape route and/or plan a counter attack. When you have either defeated the assailing creature or have escaped to a safe location, you can turn the wand off by pressing the handle again and saying Nox! It is important to speak clearly and position your mouth close to the base of the wand when you speak. This is just how magic works. In addition to Lumos, you can cast a number of other spells such as "Stupefy", "Point Me", and "Accio Owl". You can also get answers to life s most difficult Yes/No questions by consulting the crystal ball, which responds with answers such as: I drank too much Butterbeer. Ask me later. You have a better chance of catching the golden snitch.
